Transcriptions

I will transcribe letters, church records, files, contracts, diaries or other documents written in old German handwriting into today's script. Thereby I will retain the style of the original. Abbreviations will be written out if possible and unusual terms will be explained by request.

The price is 5,00 Euro or 7,25 USD per every 15 minutes. The total price thus depends on the extent and readability of the texts. To sight the documents and to make up an estimate of costs you should → Contact me and hold copies or high resolution scans (at least 300 dpi) of your documents.

The transcription can be send to you by mail or by email.
